Why can't I login after registering?

Please click the activation link that was emailed to you to finalize your activation.

Why can't I see my high score even though I scored in the top ten.

Sometimes there's a slight delay in posting your scores. Another known case is your session timing out before you actually start playing. For example, if you login and leave your computer for an extended period of time and then return to play, you will still be able to play (on the front end), but you may be logged out in the back end causing your score to be rejected. To ensure this doesn't happen, please refresh your browser before playing after leaving your computer for more than 10 minutes.

How will I know if I won?

We list all Metropass Lottery winning numbers on playonestop.com/transit/metropass_lottery. Game winners are announced by mass email and the winner will also be contacted via separate email.

My account is suspended. How and why?

Onestop Media Group publishes contest results both online and on our digital out-of-home properties and therefore respects the guidelines provided in the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards and will suspend accounts that could be construed by our audience derogitory or controversial. If you have been notified that your account has been suspended and you would like to adjust your username, please contact us at play@onestopmedia.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How does the balloting system work for prizes?

For most of our online games, each time you complete a game play you automatically get a ballot towards the game's prize. Most games require a minimum score in order to receive a ballot to prevent 'bots' from playing and collecting ballots. Your score does not count towards the prizing.

When I have entered my metropass number, does this remain entered for all upcoming draws, or only for the next draw?

You only need to enter your metropass number(s) once to be eligible for all weekly prizes up until the grand prize draw. After the grand prize draw, you must reenter the same metropass number(s) to be eligible for the next batch of weekly prizes.
